利用規約
本規約は、S9 DevWorksが提供するBlinkJotアプリおよびblinkjot.appの利用条件を定めます。サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。
1. 現状有姿での提供
BlinkJotは、適用法令で認められる範囲で、明示または黙示の保証なく現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、サービスが常に中断なく、または誤りなく動作することを保証しません。
2. 利用者の責任
利用者は、入力・録音・メモ・辞書・外部サービスへの出力内容、必要なバックアップ、およびGoogle Drive・GitHub・Notion等の外部サービスの利用について責任を負います。法令または第三者の権利を侵害する方法でサービスを利用してはなりません。
3. 規約の改定
本規約を改定する場合は、本ページへの掲示により告知します。改定後にサービスを利用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとします。
2026年9月14日: 対象ドメインをs9devworks.comからblinkjot.appへ変更しました。
4. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。

These terms govern use of the BlinkJot app and blinkjot.app, provided by S9 DevWorks. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. As-is service
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlinkJot is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for your inputs, recordings, memos, dictionary entries, exports to external services, necessary backups, and use of services such as Google Drive, GitHub, and Notion. You must not use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.
3. Changes
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
September 14, 2026: The covered domain changed from s9devworks.com to blinkjot.app.
4. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
